Music in our schools month - Samantha's class had a unit on Drama. They broke down into small groups and had to re-write a fairy tale and ADD characters. They were required to have a writer, director, and each of the parts from their group.
They chose Goldielocks. They added Blondielocks (goldie's sister.)My MIL and I attended today. We had a wonderful time watching 4 mini plays. 2 fifth grade groups and 2 sixth grade groups. So entertaining. It was amazing though the difference between the 5th and 6th grade groups. The sixth were so much better prepared and had so many more/better propts included costumes.
